  • PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT EVALUATION AND MENTORING

    Whilst LKA endeavor to improve the overall productivity of our clients sales leaders, we shall focus on results achievement for new business as well as repeat business. LKA shall act as performance enhancement evaluation mentor and coach to guide our clients’ sales leaders to:

    1. Picture1increase sales productivity and revenue for new business and repeat business
    2. develop/refine marketing and recruitment strategies
    3. evaluate sales targets and activities achievement
    4. instill/strengthen intrapreneurship abilities
    5. provide tactical advice for overall sales performance
    6. create a new breed of sales leaders who will be role models for other sales leaders

    When coaching and mentoring objectives are ascertained, we conduct individual face-to-face or group coaching on a monthly basis for an agreed period with our clients. Recommendations by LKA based on the evaluation/outcome of the Key Sales Performance Indicators earlier defined and agreed with your sales leaders must be acted upon including recommendation for rewards, penalties, reassignment and outplacements. This will also include penalties for late submission of reports and absenteeism from scheduled mentoring/coaching sessions. This must be implemented in order to achieve the desired outcome.
